I help people reconnect with their bodies, release chronic tension, and build lasting resilience through a blend of manual therapy and rehabilitative movement. My approach is holistic, intuitive, and deeply customized—no two sessions are the same, because no two bodies are the same.
My journey supporting the human body began in dance, with over 25 years of experience in contemporary and ballet training, including performances in NYC and LA. Through movement, I learned not only the language of the body but its remarkable capacity to heal. That passion led me to study yoga, medical massage, somatic alignment, Barral Visceral Manipulation and to become certified in the Polestar Pilates method and LTAP® developed by Anna Hartman, AT, CSCS. Using a whole-organism approach to care, I integrate osteopathic techniques such as visceral manipulation, neural manipulation and cranio-sacral like therapies with orthopedic techniques such as dynamic cupping, massage, proprioceptive neurofacilitation (PNF/PIR), joint mobilization, breath-work and rehabilitative movement. I specialize in supporting clients with injuries, chronic pain, hypermobility spectrum, stress recovery, GI Issues, pregnancy support, postpartum healing, and more.
Sessions are guided by what your body needs most—sometimes stillness, sometimes movement, always with intention. Whether we’re working together in-studio, virtually, or in your home, my goal is to help you feel more ease, more clarity, and more connection to yourself.
Outside the studio, I’m a creative, curious spirit with a BFA degree in Graphic Design. I still love to dance of course, and play my guitar and sing. I spend as much time as I can with my friends, my fiancé and our dogs, Isla Rose and Bode. I love to view people and the world through the lens of astrology and connect with the unseen through tarot. These tools help me stay grounded and guided in both my personal life and the quiet, intuitive work I offer.
