I help people reconnect with their bodies, release chronic tension, and build lasting resilience through a blend of hands-on bodywork and guided movement. My approach is holistic, intuitive, and deeply customized—no two sessions are the same, because no two bodies are the same.

My journey began in the world of dance, with over 20 years of experience in contemporary and ballet performance in NYC and LA. Through movement, I learned not only the language of the body—but its remarkable capacity to heal. That passion led me to study medical massage, somatic alignment, and Pilates-based rehabilitation, and to train in the LTAP™ assessment protocol developed by Anna Hartman.

Today, I integrate techniques like neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral work, trigger point release, joint mobilization, and functional movement into a whole-person approach to care. I specialize in supporting clients through chronic pain, hypermobility, stress recovery, postpartum healing, and more.

Sessions are guided by what your body needs most—sometimes stillness, sometimes movement, always with intention. Whether we’re working together in-studio, virtually, or in your home, my goal is to help you feel more ease, more clarity, and more connection to yourself.

Outside the studio, I’m a curious spirit with a background in design and a deep love of astrology, tarot, and my rescue dogs, Isla Rose and Bode. These tools help me stay grounded and guided, both in my personal life and in the quiet, intuitive work I offer.

This work is about coming home to yourself. Let’s begin.
